Payments.

Once registrations are complete we do not issue refunds for classes. The first two weeks of every semester are “free trial weeks.” You are welcome to take any class during that time period without payment. Once payment has been received and those two weeks have passed, registration is considered final.

Cancelations.

You will be notified by email, Instagram and Facebook should any class need to be cancelled due to under-enrollment and/or emergencies

Inclement Weather.

We do not follow MCPS or private school closings due to inclement weather. We will make a decision to close the night before the day’s classes begin or around noon of the day of classes. Once the decision has been made to close, you will be notified via email, facebook and instagram. Depending on the amount of closings Tiffany will decide if make-up classes are necessary and will send an email with the information needed. We do not issue refunds due to closings caused by inclement weather.
